On March 2nd, 2024, Rentokil Initial Brunei organized a "SHE Day: Beach Clean-Up Drive" at Muara Recreational Beach, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) principles. The event, held in partnership with local NGO The Beach Bunch, also served to commemorate the company's 2023 Safety Day.

The initiative aimed to foster a strong sense of community and environmental consciousness among Rentokil Initial colleagues while actively contributing to the health of the local ecosystem. Planned by the company's SHE Day committee, the day included important safety guideline briefings, engaging team-building activities, the beach clean-up effort itself, and opportunities for colleagues to connect outside the workplace.

Rentokil Initial Brunei colleagues volunteered their time enthusiastically, making a significant impact by collecting 365 kilograms of dumped trash along a 1-kilometer stretch of the beach in just one hour.

This successful SHE Day event effectively translated Rentokil Initial's commitment to safety and environmental responsibility into tangible action, highlighting the positive impact achieved when employees work together towards shared sustainability goals. The collaboration with The Beach Bunch further underscored the value of partnerships in achieving community and environmental objectives.
