Meragang Beach received some much-needed attention recently, thanks to the combined efforts of volunteers from McDonald's Brunei, Standard Chartered Brunei, and dedicated individuals from the community. The beach cleanup event was coordinated by The Beach Bunch as part of their ongoing environmental initiatives.

Working together, the enthusiastic volunteers collected a total of 328 kilograms of rubbish from the beach area, making a significant contribution to the cleanliness and preservation of the coastal environment. This collaborative spirit highlights the positive impact achieved when corporations and community members unite for a common cause.

This cleanup also contributed to the #TeamSeas campaign, actively supported locally by The Beach Bunch. #TeamSeas is a global initiative aiming to remove millions of pounds of trash from oceans, rivers, and beaches worldwide through collective action and awareness drives.
